Before surgery we walk you through your upcoming procedure, review the fajas, compression garments, and accessories you will need, and build a personalized recovery roadmap so you are ready from day one. After surgery we cover the same ground from where you are now, reading how your body is healing and setting the plan for the sessions ahead. You also get guidance on tracking your progress with our recommended Smart Scale (8-electrode body composition with BMI, body fat, and muscle mass).

Choose the format that suits you. This consultation is available either virtually or in person, and both are led the same way, so you finish with the same personalized roadmap.
