The Program
Our work exchange places a small number of dedicated people inside the daily rhythm of a working post-operative recovery practice. You give your time and effort. In return you gain proximity to a standard of care that is rarely taught in a classroom.
Placements are limited and selected individually. We look for people who are serious about the craft, dependable under pressure, and composed with clients moving through a vulnerable stage of recovery.

Who we are looking for: Committed people with a genuine interest in post-surgical recovery care. An existing license is welcome but not essential. What matters is professionalism, discretion, and a real willingness to learn.
