Back to all services

We built this session for the client who does not want to choose. You want the face to look rested, less swollen, more defined. You also want the rest of you to feel lighter, looser, and clear of everything the week has left behind. Most places sell you those separately, as a facial and then a massage, on two different days. We do not. The Signature and Facial Lymphatic Massage is one session: the signature work across the whole body, with the facial lymphatic drainage part of the same visit, on the same table, in the same unhurried hour.

What a Facial Lymphatic Massage Does

A facial lymphatic massage, also called a lymphatic drainage facial, is manual lymphatic drainage applied to the face, neck, and chest with very light, rhythmic pressure. Here it does not stand alone. We open the full lymphatic system first, working the drainage pathways through the torso, the arms, and the legs, then bring that same technique up into the face so the fluid we release there has somewhere to go. Draining a face into a congested body is why so many facials have faded by the evening. Doing both in one session is the whole point of this one.

What You See, and What You Feel

What you see in the mirror afterwards is the part clients talk about. Cheekbones read higher and the jawline reads cleaner, because the fluid that was blurring them has moved. Under-eye bags soften and the shadowed look that travels with them lifts. Circulation rises toward the surface, so the skin reads brighter and more alive instead of flat. Over a series, clients tell us the face holds that firmer, more sculpted, more rested appearance for longer, which is the most honest way we know to describe what this work does for the visible signs of aging. It does not stop time. It keeps your face from carrying more than its share of it.

What you feel is the other half of it. Full-body drainage is a systemic reset rather than a local one. It helps carry off the waste and toxins your lymph is built to clear, helps ease the puffiness and inflammation that settle into the hands, the ankles, and the midsection, and leaves most clients lighter and clearer for days afterwards. You direct the work. Tell us where you are holding tension and we will tailor the pressure and the technique, drawing on deep tissue, hot stone, or cupping as the session calls for it.

Session Lengths

Our 120-minute session is the fully tailored signature experience. It gives us the time to work the full body without hurrying and still give the face everything you came in for, rather than asking you to choose between them.

The 60-minute session concentrates the drainage where you need it most and still includes the facial work. The 90-minute session opens that out to full-body work with room to spare. And if you already know the signature session and want the face held between visits, we keep a 30-minute option that works the face, neck, and chest on their own.

The 70-minute series is where this compounds. One visit visibly de-puffs and brightens, which is why clients book it before an event. The sculpting and the firming build across a series, so if the goal is a face and a body that hold their shape rather than a good Saturday, book the series and let the work stack.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about signature and facial lymphatic massage at Magic Post Op

What is a facial lymphatic massage?
A facial lymphatic massage, also called a lymphatic drainage facial, is manual lymphatic drainage applied to the face, neck, and chest with very light, rhythmic pressure. It follows the natural drainage pathways to encourage lymph flow, which helps the face release the excess fluid that pools around the eyes, the cheeks, and the jaw.
Is this a facial or a full-body massage?
Both, in one visit. That is what the name means. The Signature and Facial Lymphatic Massage is the signature work across the full body, with the facial drainage included rather than booked separately. We open the drainage pathways through the torso, arms, and legs first, then bring the same technique up into the face so the fluid we release there has somewhere to go. We also keep a 30-minute Facial Lymphatic Massage Only session for the face, neck, and chest alone, for clients maintaining between full sessions, though it is the full-body work that makes the facial result hold.
How does facial lymphatic massage reduce puffiness and inflammation?
Puffiness is trapped fluid. Your lymphatic system has no pump of its own, so it depends on movement and touch to keep moving. The light, rhythmic strokes encourage that flow, which helps drain the excess fluid and eases the tight, inflamed feeling that comes with it, in the face and through the body alike.
What are the anti-aging benefits of a lymphatic drainage facial?
As fluid drains, cheekbones read higher and the jawline reads cleaner, so the face looks firmer and more sculpted. Under-eye bags soften and the shadowed look that travels with them lifts. Circulation rises toward the surface for brighter, healthier-looking skin. Over a series, clients tell us the face holds that rested appearance for longer.
Does it help with under-eye bags and dark circles?
It often does. Much of what reads as an under-eye bag is fluid sitting in tissue that drains slowly, and much of what reads as a dark circle is the shadow that bag casts. Draining the area helps soften both. Results vary, since pigment and inherited structure do not respond to drainage.
Which session length should I book?
Choose 60 minutes to concentrate the drainage where you need it most, with the facial work still included. Choose 90 minutes for full-body work with room to spare. The 120-minute session is our fully tailored signature experience, with the time to work the whole body unhurried and still give the face everything you came in for.
How many sessions do I need to see results?
One visit visibly de-puffs and brightens, which is why clients book it before an event. The sculpting and the firming build across a series, so we offer the work in series of 70-minute sessions. If you want a face and a body that hold their shape rather than a good Saturday, book the series rather than a single visit.
